Cancellation Policy

Photo Booth Rental Policy 1. Booking & Payment A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than ___ days before the event. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee. Cancellation Charge 5days before $0 Between 5days and 24 hours before a rental 50% of rental Fee Less than 24 hours before a rental 80% of rental fee 3. Event Requirements Client must provide adequate space, a stable surface, and access to a standard power outlet. Indoor setup is required unless outdoor use is approved in advance. Client is responsible for venue permissions and access. 4. Setup & Operation Setup begins approximately ___ minutes before the rental time. An attendant may be present depending on the package selected. Client is responsible for ensuring guests follow booth instructions. 5. Damage & Liability Client is responsible for any damage caused by guests, venue staff, or other attendees. Normal wear and tear excluded. The company is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. 6. Technical Issues In the event of equipment malfunction, every effort will be made to fix the issue promptly. If the booth cannot operate, a partial or full refund may be issued at the company’s discretion. 7. Image Use & Privacy Photos may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing. The company respects guest privacy and will not sell images. 8. Force Majeure The company is not liable for events beyond its control (weather, power outages, venue restrictions, emergencies). 9. Agreement By booking the photo booth, the client agrees to all terms in this policy.
